The Details
Visit Length: 30-minute tour – On Campus
Curious about Mining Engineering? Whether you’re already considering it or just exploring your options, we invite you to take your campus tour to the next level with an add-on tour of the Mining Engineering Department at the Colorado School of Mines.
Held every other Friday this fall, this 30-minute tour gives you a peek inside Brown Hall, home to the world’s No. 1 program in minerals and mining engineering. You’ll also hear about Mines’ hands-on approach to education, including how we train students underground at the historic Edgar Mine — our very own laboratory for future mining engineers.
